Situated in the heart of Coolamon, The Q Cottage offers boutique accommodation. Beautifully renovated and furnished, the four bedroom cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you are at home, providing the perfect base whilst exploring everything the Coolamon district has to offer.
The original cottage was built in 1883 and was amongst one of the first homes to be built in Coolamon.
The original 2 bedroom home was renovated and extended in 1983 to include another two bedrooms and and a large living and dining area.
Purchased in January 2023, the owners Wendie & Pete have beautifully transformed the home into a gorgeous country cottage. As an Interior Stylist, Wendie instantly saw the potential in this gorgeous home and with her love for interiors, and Pete's ability to turn this vision into reality, they have so beautifully brought The Q Cottage to life, and are so happy to be welcoming you into their home.
The Q Cottage was named in memory of our beautiful Mum who we sadly lost in 2022. As a child her name Jacqueline was shortened to Quilla, and with thanks to her Grandchildren she was known simply as Q. Together with her husband Col, they have been Riverina locals for 90 years, and we know she would have loved everything about The Q Cottage.

The Q Cottage is located in the heart of Coolamon. A two minute walk from the Main Street, and all the gorgeous cafes & boutique stores, as well as the Foodworks Supermarket (and Bottle Shop) and the local Pub.
For those visiting us in summer, we are located directly opposite the Coolamon Memorial Pool, and are excited to be able to offer free entry for all our guests.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway, and plenty of street parking right at the front of the cottage.
One of the things we love about visiting The Q Cottage, is being able to park our car in the driveway when we arrive, and then being able to walk to anywhere within the town within a matter of minutes.

The property consists of three spacious queen bedrooms and one single bedroom and will comfortably sleep up to 7 people, there is also a travel cot and high chair available for our smallest guests.
Our renovated kitchen is fitted with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Complete with a gas stove and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the little extras for those who wish to entertain whilst visiting us.
There is a large backyard, with alfresco area complete with outdoor table and BBQ.
